Pure Nickel Grades (Nickel 200 & 201)

Nickel 200 (UNS N02200) is commercially pure (99.6%)
wrought nickel. It is most famous for its incredible resistance to caustic alkalis
(like Sodium Hydroxide) across all concentrations and temperatures. Nickel 201 (UNS
N02201) is the low-carbon version, specifically designed to prevent embrittlement by
intergranular carbon at temperatures above 315°C (600°F).

Alloy A286 / Grade 660 (The Aerospace Workhorse)
Alloy A286 (UNS S66286) is an iron-nickel-chromium
superalloy that is age-hardenable. It is designed for applications requiring high
strength and good corrosion resistance at temperatures up to 700°C (1300°F). It is a
popular choice for cryogenic applications due to its ability to maintain high
ductility and strength at extremely low temperatures.
