Metal Circle

Metal Circle Manufacturer, Stockist & Exporter in India – Exotic Metals LLP

Introduction: The Foundation of Precision Engineering

At Exotic Metals LLP our Metal Circles (also known as "Blanks" or "Discs") are the precision-cut foundations for a vast array of industrial and consumer products. Unlike square sheets, a circle is a pre-cut geometry that eliminates material waste and significantly reduces the processing time for manufacturers involved in deep drawing, spinning, and stamping.

Metal Circle Manufacturer & Supplier in India

As a premier manufacturer and exporter in India, Exotic Metals LLP produces circles through high-precision punching, laser cutting, or waterjet cutting, depending on the material thickness and required edge quality. Our circles are engineered to have uniform grain structures, which is critical during the "Spinning" or "Deep Drawing" process to prevent thinning or cracking at the edges. Whether you are fabricating a hemispherical tank head for a chemical reactor or producing high-end industrial filtration discs, our circles provide the metallurgical consistency required for seamless fabrication.

Delivery & Packaging Information

At Exotic Metals LLP, we recognize that circles are often the "finished face" of a product. We take extreme care during packaging:

  1. Surface Guard: Polished and BA circles are provided with a high-quality PVC or Laser film to prevent scratches during handling and forming.
  2. Edge Protection: Circles are interlayered with cardboard or craft paper to prevent metal-to-metal friction. Large diameter circles are placed in custom-built round wooden crates.
  3. Moisture Prevention: To prevent oxidation (especially for carbon steel or aluminum), circles are wrapped in moisture-proof HDPE fabric and VCI plastic.
  4. Secure Logistics: Small circles are packed in reinforced cardboard boxes. Large circles are stacked on "round-bed" wooden pallets and strapped with high-tensile steel bands.
  5. Traceability: Every stack is tagged with the Heat Number, Size, Grade, and the Exotic Metals LLP quality seal.
  6. Documentation: We supply Mill Test Certificates (MTC) as per EN 10204 3.1 and ultrasonic testing (UT) reports for heavy-gauge boiler circles.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is the benefit of buying Circles instead of Sheets?

Circles significantly reduce material scrap (as much as 25%). Furthermore, they eliminate the labor and energy costs associated with on-site cutting, allowing you to move directly to the forming or spinning phase.

Can Exotic Metals LLP provide "Machined" circles?

Yes. For thick plates used as tube sheets or flanges, we can provide circles with machined IDs, ODs, and surface finishes to meet exact engineering tolerances.

Why is "Grain Direction" important for circles?

During deep drawing, if the grain is not uniform, the metal will stretch unevenly, causing "ears" at the rim. We use specialized rolling and annealing processes to ensure our circles have a balanced grain structure for superior forming.

Do you offer "Perforated Circles"?

Absolutely. We can provide circles with pre-drilled or punched holes, frequently used as filter supports, grates, or sieve plates in industrial processing equipment.
